Hoa Ban Plus Factory was created in 2008 with the purpose of supporting disadvantaged and disabled women, while maintaining the traditonal handicraft customs of the White Thai ethnic group in Mai Chau, Vietnam.
"Hoa Ban+" is a handicraft factory located in Mai Chau, Hoa Binh province, Vietnam, founded in 2008 by Mrs. Thuan as ‘’Social protection center Thuận Hòa’’.
All products of Hoa Ban Plus Factory are made from traditional White Thai weaving, dyeing and embroidery techniques. Fabrics, clothes, bags, toys and accessories made of them are eco-friendly, made of 100% natural dyed silk and cotton.
Hoa Ban+ is always looking for new volunteers either from Vietnam or abroad for short or long term projects. Volunteers are assisted by staff onsite who can speak English and Vietnamese.
